Mountain River Estates and Mountain River Place


Mountain River Estates Properties are now available for viewing with initial pricing set at $25,000 net per acre. Additional development has been completed on Lots 1-3. Lot 4 is in the final phase of development.

Mountain River Place lots are also available for viewing. Several additional enhancements have been completed recently, including Henderson County's newest covered bridge which spans the Green River at the entrance to the property.
