A minority investor owns a 20% stake in Mountain River Estate tracts 2 and 3. The Charlotte Farm is owned by Mr. Pharr and his siblings in a limited partnership and trust. Mr. Pharr is not a real estate agent and anyone interested in theses properties should make a personal visit, as well as inspect all covenants and restrictions to determine suitability and value.
