Go 12 miles South of Hendersonville on Highway 25. Take exit number 3 (Green River Rd. exit). Go West (away from the village of Tuxedo) approximately 3 miles. The property extends approximately one mile upstream from the covered bridge,  bordering 1.5 miles of the green river.

Go 5 miles South of Hendersonville on Highway 176 toward Saluda.  Never Blue Drive is at top of the hill before you descend down to the bridge that spans the Green River.
