Mountain River Place, Mountain River Estates and Morrison Place

Go 12 miles South of Hendersonville on Highway 25. Take exit number 3 (Green River Rd. exit). Go West (away from the village of Tuxedo) approximately 3 miles. The property extends approximately one mile upstream from the covered bridge,  bordering 1.5 miles of the green river.

Summit Landing

Summit Landing is approximately 12 miles South of Hendersonville off of Highway 25, just before you get to the SC state line. Use exit number 3 (Green River Rd. exit) and proceed South three hundred yards towards Tuxedo. Turn right on Highway 225. Riverwood Trails

Go 5 miles South of Hendersonville on Highway 176 toward Saluda.  Never Blue Drive is at top of the hill before you descend down to the bridge that spans the Green River. Green River Gorge Rim Property—70+/- acres

The general location of this tract begins on the southern side of the Highway 176 bridge over the Green River, near the start of North Lake Summit Road. It runs along the rim of the gorge for nearly 1.5 miles to reach Pot Shoals Road and the NC Game Lands, directly below the power plant.
