Summit Landing
Summit Landing is approximately 12 miles south of
Hendersonville off of Highway 25 just before you get
to the SC state line. Use exit number 3 (Green River
Rd. Exit) and proceed south three hundred yards towards
Tuxedo. Turn right on Highway 225. The property begins
immediately at the bridge and white fenced pasture
on your left.
Riverwood Trails
Go 5 miles South of Hendersonville on
Highway 176. Just before you cross the Green River
Bridge turn left on Never Blue Rd. The entrance is
300 yards after the turn at the end of Never Blue
Rd.
Mountain River Place and Mountain
River Estates
Go 12 miles south of Hendersonville
on Highway 25. Take exit number 3 (Green River Rd.
Exit). Go west (away from the village of Tuxedo) approximately
3 miles. The property extends approximately half a
mile on either side of the Rock Creek Bridge crossing
along the Green River.
Macedonia Woods
Go 6 miles South of Hendersonville on
Highway 176. After you cross Green River turn left
on the first paved road (Macedonia Road). Macedonia
Woods entrance is 1/3 mile down the road on the left.
New Duke Power Property
From Hendersonville,
take Highway 176 South towards Saluda. Pot Shoals
Road is on the left just past Never Blue Drive, and
300 yards before the Green River Bridge.
